At ANOVO IBÉRICA MADRID S.L. (ANOVO), conscious of the environmental repercussions of the activities we carry out, the importance of the security of the information we handle, and taking into account the Health and Safety of our workers, we have implemented an Integrated Management System that optimises adequate control of the environmental aspects and impacts inherent to our activity, in addition to the Quality of our services, the Security of Information and the Prevention of Occupational Risks in the development of our activities.

The ANOVOManagement, through the approval and implementation of this Policy, wishes to ensure that:

  • The warehousing, maintenance, repair and reverse logistics services provided to our customers meet their needs and expectations.
  • Both the operational and strategic aims of the business are achieved.
  • The applicable legal requirements are met, in addition to other requirements that the organisation subscribes to in terms of Quality, related to environmental aspects, information security and ANOVO’s occupational risk prevention.
  • The economic and business development targets set by ANOVO’s shareholders are met.

In addition, the commitment:

  • To carry out product maintenance and repairs in a way that contributes effectively to sustainable development without degrading the environment.
  • To guarantee the Health and Safety of workers, providing a safe, healthy working environment through the adoption of the necessary measures to prevent accidents and/or illnesses deriving from the performance of the work.
  • To promote, maintain and improve Information Security aimed at guaranteeing the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information we handle, both our own and that of our customers.
  • To comply with established requirements.
  • To ensure continuous improvement through the effectiveness of the System.
  • To facilitate and allocate the necessary resources for its development and to promote the professional enrichment of its employees.
  • To improve professional training with respect to the position held with the aim of providing a quality service to our clients, guaranteeing at all times the security of any information handled.
  • To ensure the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System, carrying out periodic reviews of the same in order to ensure compliance with the Quality Policy, Environmental Management, Information Security and Health and Safety at Work, with respect to the Objectives and Targets established.

The Management undertakes to ensure that its Policy is known, understood and applied by all its employees and made available to interested parties, in addition to reviews of the management system as often as necessary, in order to maintain the effectiveness for which it was created.
